We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who wants to help us attract and recruit amazing talent for our product development, sales, and customer success teams! In this role you will support our People Operations organization by sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating candidate interviews, and promoting career opportunities on social channels and networking forums. This is a paid internship with an ideal commitment of 15-20 hours per week with the potential for this to increase during summer months.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with People Operations, hiring managers, and candidates to recruit amazing talent to DZone!
  • Schedule candidate interviews and serve as point of contact for candidates and internal teams during the interview process
  • Ensure timely job posting in applicant tracking system and on social channels
  • Utilize Boolean search techniques to source qualified candidates on search engines and social channels

What We Look For:

  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited university (junior/senior year) and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Some experience in an administrative/coordination role required, some experience in recruiting preferred
  • Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to detail and producing quality results
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills with superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment
