Senior Demand Generation Specialist

We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Demand Generation Specialist who uses their creativity and experience to design and execute marketing campaigns to support the sales teams on both the software and media sides of our business.

As our Senior Demand Generation Specialist, you will be part of the demand gen team reporting directly to the Director of Demand Generation and will be responsible for:

Working with Content, Sales and Demand Generation team members to design, execute and track integrated marketing campaigns. The Senior Demand Generation Specialist will be an integral part of the Demand Gen team responsible for delivering qualified leads to meet the inbound needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute measurable demand generation programs that drive pipeline for our direct sales teams using a variety of methods including paid search, media buys, email, and events.
  • Work closely with Marketing team members to develop and execute campaign elements including white papers, content development and list identification and purchase
  • Work with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine lead management process including regular performance assessments
  • Create and maintain a campaign calendar to ensure a consistent flow of highly qualified leads across multiple channels
  • Produce lead/opportunity reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress, conversion rates, cost per lead, etc.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for continuous testing and optimization using A/B and multi-variate testing methodologies
  • Working with Sales and Marketing teams, use our marketing automation tools and Salesforce.com to design and execute email nurture programs for top-of-funnel leads and other customer types
  • Evaluate and recommend third party tools that can help meet objectives

What We Look For:

  • 5+ years experience running B2B demand generation campaigns in the technology space
  • Demonstrated success at building demand generation funnels that scale to produce highly qualified leads for sales and improving conversion rates across different tactics.
  • Proven experience working with marketing automation (Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot) and Salesforce.com
  • Negotiation skills and vendor management experience is essential.
  • Proficient with Google Ads including text, display and retargeting. AdWords certification a plus
  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics. GA certification a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a high-performance marketing team.
  • Experience with developer marketing and communities a plus
